Job Title: Site Manager, Construction

Anet Fiber Tech Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling daily operations to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction standards.
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports to stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and personnel.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of 5-10 people.
