Job Title: Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team at Anet Fiber Tech Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement construction schedules, milestones, and progress monitoring systems.
  • Site Management: Direct the purchase of building materials, land acquisitions, and oversee the analysis of data and information.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Team Supervision: Lead a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
