Experienced Administrative Coordinator for Restoration Team

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic restoration team at Renovco. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and experience in administration to contribute to the success of our company.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing exceptional administrative support, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and maintaining high levels of professionalism. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing and delivering timely estimates
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring prompt follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping clients informed
- Managing correspondence, including emails and faxes
- Welcoming clients and visitors, promoting a positive first impression
- Updating supplier records and tracking day purchases
- Maintaining up-to-date Xactanalysis software
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:
- At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a construction or renovation setting
- The ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, you can expect:
