Marketing Strategist, Qualico Canada

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at Qualico Canada. This role is responsible for assisting in the development and coordination of marketing programs and advertising campaigns.
Your primary duties will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and marketing materials.
- Analyzing market trends and customer data to inform marketing strategies.
- Developing and implementing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Maintaining inventory of marketing supplies and coordinating the preparation of marketing collateral.
- Creating marketing signage and managing inventory.
- Coordinating digital marketing presence and content marketing schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Requirements
- Prior experience working with a homebuilder or in land development.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

Work Conditions
You will primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to sites and work outside of regular business hours may be required. Overtime may occasionally be required.
