A Competitive SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, ensuring our employees are well-compensated for their hard work.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of the Scheduler is to establish and maintain detailed schedules for aircraft production and other areas within the CMLU Program. This includes providing schedule status and resource loading requirements to the Management Team, establishing workaround solutions with team members, analyzing performance data, and developing reports on progress and budget status.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain and monitor progress against the Program Master Schedule and highlight deficiencies.
- Generate and develop detailed aircraft production and program workstream schedules using MS Project Server software.
- Engage with Project Managers, Production Supervision, Planners, and Material personnel to develop project sequencing and identify dependencies.
- Proactively manage schedules to ensure they have the correct sequence, milestones, resource allocation, task duration, and linkages of dependencies and scheduled events.
To be successful in this role, you will need a graduate degree in a related field, such as data analysis, manufacturing, or project management. Sound knowledge of MS Project or similar tools is essential, as well as strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated logical thinking. You must also be able to think creatively and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in your work style.
