Role: Appointment Coordinator
Location: Hybrid/Remote (2 days a week in office)
About this Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our Appointment Contact Center team. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, building relationships with clients, and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to clients
- Build relationships with clients by uncovering their needs, making professional recommendations, and overcoming objections
- Schedule appointments and update the client database
- Work in a KPI performance-driven environment with a team of like-minded professionals
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 1+ years' experience in sales and customer service, call center or related capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience handling a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls
- Personable and friendly individual who can build trusted relationships with clients
- Comfortable operating in a goal-oriented and performance-based call center environment
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with technology and systems, including scheduling software, CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, or other online sharing/collaboration platforms
