About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our Appointment Contact Center team at Hearing Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to build relationships with clients and schedule appointments.
  • Uncover client needs, make professional recommendations, and overcome objections to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Update and maintain client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Work in a KPI performance-driven environment with a team of like-minded professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales and customer service, call center, or related capacity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Personable and friendly individual who can build trusted relationships with clients, particularly those in a senior demographic.
  • Comfortable operating in a goal-oriented and performance-based call center environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to effectively perform in a dynamic and quickly changing environment.
  • Proficiency with technology and systems, including scheduling software, CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, or other online sharing/collaboration platforms.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work schedule, including working from the office 2 days per week.
