- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in sales and customer service, call center, or related capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
- Personable and friendly individual who can build trusted relationships with clients, particularly those in a senior demographic.
- Comfortable operating in a goal-oriented and performance-based call center environment.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to effectively perform in a dynamic and quickly changing environment.
- Proficiency with technology and systems, including scheduling software, CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, or other online sharing/collaboration platforms.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work schedule, including working from the office 2 days per week.
