Co-op Student Opportunities

As a co-op student at Baker Tilly, you will be exposed to a diverse range of clients and projects, working closely with experienced professionals to develop your technical knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing client engagements, including financial statements and related tax returns
  • Develop technical competence to ensure work is executed and completed as planned
  • Work effectively as a member of a team, communicating with clients and staff
  • Apply feedback to future engagements and demonstrate a keen attention to detail

Requirements

  • Enrollment in an Accounting Program and plans to pursue a designation
  • Basic accounting and tax knowledge sufficient to prepare client engagements
  • Technical competence to ensure work is executed and completed as planned
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Good listening skills and ability to understand and follow instructions
