We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions
    • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration
    • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
    • Administer benefits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare financial reports and statements for management and stakeholders
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Accounting Systems and Technology
    • Manage and maintain accounting software and systems
    • Ensure data integrity and security
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other accounting software
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
