We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing meal services to individuals in need. Our team is passionate about making a difference in our community, and we are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Professional to manage our financial records, prepare financial statements, and perform other accounting tasks. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform other accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Software: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
