About the Job:
This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and acquire new ones through proactive engagement and personalized service.
- Financial Planning and Advice: Provide expert advice on financial products and services, ensuring that clients receive informed guidance to achieve their financial goals.
- Sales and Cross-Selling: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue growth, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on RBC's product offerings and services, enabling you to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Education and Certification: A Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course) is required. Strong academic credentials and relevant certifications are essential.
- Experience and Skills: Proven experience in a sales-oriented environment, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and drive business growth. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are crucial.
- Personality and Qualities: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a flexible attitude, and a hunger for success are key characteristics for this role.

Salary Information:
Our estimate for the salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 CAD per annum, based on industry standards and the location of Clearwater, BC. Please note that actual salaries may vary based on individual performance, experience, and qualifications.
