About the Opportunity

Ice River Sustainable Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Leader to join our team. This role will play a strategic part in driving financial growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: Provide detailed financial analysis and interpretations of financial reports for management, including monthly financial statements and associated analysis at the regional and consolidated levels.
  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee all accounts, general ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with our accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • New Business Integration: Support new business acquisitions/start-up from due diligence to integrating the business with our parent company, including product costing, sales price strategy, establishing financial statements, and working with operations to support growth.
  • Financial Systems Development: Drive the continued development of SAP and SAP BPC.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience leading and supervising others (team of 5 or more), with the proven ability to develop employees, provide guidance, direction, and training, transfer knowledge, and promote a positive working environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP (3+ yrs).
  • Experience and knowledge of the food and beverage industry is an asset.
