Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask with ease.
In this role, you will be responsible for arranging products according to planograms, establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, overseeing the distribution of merchandise to outlets, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Arrange product displays to maximize visibility and appeal
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Coordinate the distribution of products to multiple store locations
- Provide outstanding customer service to drive loyalty and repeat business
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a merchandising or inventory management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a mileage reimbursement program to support your travel expenses.
