Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Milano Pizza is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
