Food Service Manager

Milano Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and training.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
Milano Pizza is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team setting.
