- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop food service staff, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Communication and Teamwork: Foster excellent oral communication skills, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
