Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Milano Pizza is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service and food quality.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop food service staff, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Foster excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
