Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Assent, the leading solution for supply chain sustainability. As a key player in delivering our services to customers, you will work closely with them to define and execute project plans from start to finish.

Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for customer-centricity. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop lasting relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their journey. Collaborate with Program Support teams to execute tasks required to achieve client milestones.
- Account Management: Actively manage client relationships and lifetime value, ensuring clients realize the economic benefits of their subscriptions.
- Project Planning: Oversee assigned book of business, managing Customer Health metrics and performance. Lead strategic planning sessions, including Executive Business Reviews, to optimize business value and product adoption.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and possess excellent time management skills. A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, project management, or consulting roles is required. The ability to learn quickly, work independently, and contribute to a collaborative environment is essential.
