Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Lakeview Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff on their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other essential skills.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver excellent customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, and that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules to ensure that our operations run smoothly.
