The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Maintain Quality Control Standards

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Record Keeping and Reporting

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and providing regular reports to management.

Work Scheduling

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work schedules for staff, including ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

A College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.

Experience

Experience is an asset, but not required. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of food service operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Language

The language of work is English.

Work Hours

The successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
