Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our customer's needs.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to our food service staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge to meet the demands of our fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional customer service and meet our business objectives.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation, and that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Operations Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Language: English
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
