Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding to complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing initiatives and implement sales promotions to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and point of sale systems.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a large workload and overtime required. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
