Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Macs Convenience Store Inc/Circle K Convenience Store.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a hot environment, standing for extended periods, and will be required to maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout their shift.
