Food Service Manager

FreshII #1545 is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food meets quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish work schedules and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring seamless operations and high productivity.
- 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
