Job Title: Branch Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch office. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, staff management, financial oversight, sales support, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the general facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Coordinate and resolve issues in the facility with property management and contractors.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties, book computer sessions, and organize events.
  • Set up classrooms, including media, computer tablets, and laptops.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in office coordination/management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adjust work hours as needed.
