The Service Coordinator serves as the central point of operations across multiple branches, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, field staff, and the operations team. This dynamic role involves scheduling equipment and personnel, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining close communication with all stakeholders. Full-Time Employment: 40 hours per week (7:30 am to 4:00 pm), Monday to Friday.
On-Call Rotation: Split on-call duties for evenings and weekends (typically fewer than five calls per week, rarely requiring office visits).

Responsibilities
Scheduling and Dispatch: Coordinate cranes, operators, support equipment, and personnel to meet customer requirements.
Team Communication: Regularly communicate with field staff and other branches to ensure seamless operations.
Operational Efficiency: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to maximize resource utilization.
Equipment and Maintenance: Assist with tracking crane fleet maintenance and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Customer Interaction: Provide basic quotes and ensure customer needs are met from start to finish, contributing to business development efforts.
Administrative Support: Create and manage job records, timesheets, and schedules; scan and file necessary documentation.
Site Visits: Periodically travel to assist with branch coverage and engage with both current and potential customers.
Safety: Uphold safety standards as the top priority.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications
Education: Minimum high school diploma; additional certifications or education is an asset.
Experience: Experience in dispatch or estimating is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
