Product Marketing Leader Opportunity at Benevity

Benevity is a leading provider of corporate purpose software, and we're seeking a talented Product Marketing Leader to help drive our market and product leadership.

As a Product Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for managing our product go-to-market plans, supporting commercial readiness, and collaborating cross-functionally on strategies and programs that achieve our revenue and market growth goals.

You will work closely with the Product and Marketing team to build and execute product marketing plans that help achieve business goals related to Benevity's products and solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing product go-to-market strategies and launches
  • Leading a collaborative GTM process to bring new solutions to market
  • Creating new opportunities for monetization from products and services
  • Refining and establishing pricing and packaging strategies for all existing and new products
  • Ensuring deep integration on GTM with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

We're looking for a results-oriented product marketing leader with at least 10-12 years of related experience in B2B SaaS solutions, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams. You should have a proven track record of executing strategies, programs, and projects cross-functionally, on-time, and effectively.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strategic planning, execution, and measurement skills
  • Excellent communication skills with audiences that vary across C-level executives, analysts, client champions, prospects, and throughout the Benevity organization
  • Analyst relations experience is an asset
