About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Product Marketing Strategy to join our team at Smart, Savvy + Associates. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving market and product leadership for our enterprise offerings in B2B SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product go-to-market strategies and launches, leading a collaborative GTM process to bring new solutions to market.
  • Create new opportunities for monetization from products and services, building the right messaging, positioning, support packaging, and pricing, and working closely with various internal teams to effectively take these to market.
  • Refine and establish pricing and packaging strategies for all existing and new products, including new product launches, promotions, and deal desk approvals.
  • Ensure deep integration on GTM with various teams to ensure all steps in the process are aligned.
  • Map the positioning and messaging to a content strategy aligned to the sales process to achieve higher conversion throughout the funnel.
  • Work with the product team to provide input, market insight, and support for communicating the value created via the product roadmap and vision.
  • Speak with clients and sales team members to refine messaging, positioning, and enablement tools.
  • Ensure the development of effective product- and solutions-related training materials for staff and clients.
  • Lead a talented team of product marketers, creating a culture of excellence, focus, and excitement around products.
  • Improve operations by establishing clear objectives and key results aligned to business goals, tracking performance and deliverables to measure the team's impact and manage its priorities and productivity.
  • Understand the market through market analysis, input from customer-facing teams, client segmentation, and competitive intelligence to generate and share insights about the target audience's needs, priorities, and challenges.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 10+ years of related product marketing and/or product management experience in B2B SaaS solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams and working with stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS programs.
  • Able to execute strategies, programs, and projects cross-functionally, on-time, and effectively.
  • Proven experience working at the global level to capitalize international markets and nurture markets at different levels of maturity.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a portfolio of product marketers in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success launching differentiated products, solutions, and services within B2B environments.
  • Proven experience with SaaS pricing and packaging strategy in a global B2B environment to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience with new product introduction by market and different geographies.
  • Strategic planning, execution, and measurement skills.
  • Great collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functionally with or without authority.
  • Excellent communication skills across various audiences.
  • Organization skills, independent thinking, flexibility.
  • Analyst relations experience is an asset.
