About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at NOOR CONTRACTING LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

Regularly inspect sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates

Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations to ensure that we are operating within our means.

Maintain Financial Records

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for cleaning operations, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.

Receive Payments

Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Assist Cleaners

Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.

Coordinate with Other Departments

Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure that cleaning operations are integrated with other business functions.

Establish Work Schedules

Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Working Conditions
  • Work Term

Permanent.

Work Language

English.

Hours

40 hours per week.
