At NOOR CONTRACTING LTD., we are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that all sites or facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards
* Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas for improvement
* Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
* Maintain accurate financial records
* Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
* Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
