About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at NOOR CONTRACTING LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the efficient operation of our cleaning services.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences, and ensure that our services meet their expectations.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the smooth delivery of our cleaning services.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of our cleaning services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
