We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at NOOR CONTRACTING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained across our sites.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their duties and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate work activities and ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of cleaning operations and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
The language of work is English.
