About Prado Cafe Ltd.

We are a dynamic and fast-paced café, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the café, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including promoting menu items and managing promotions.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including balancing cash and completing balance sheets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
