About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at PALLET COFFEE ROASTERS BROADWAY INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the café, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints and concerns, and ensure that customer feedback is acted upon.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that the café is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Suppliers: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure that the café is receiving the best possible value for money.
