About Prado Cafe Ltd.

We are a dynamic and fast-paced café, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the café, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and to meet the needs of the business.
  • Financial Management: Manage the café's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the café is a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate.
