Are you a customer service professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team at IFDS in Timmins, Ontario. As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer service delivery, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day customer service delivery for clients
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Liaise with internal teams to facilitate client service requirements

Requirements:

  • Must be fully bilingual in English/French with both verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the financial services frontline
  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline
  • Previous experience in a service-oriented environment; strong client focus
