Job Title: Application Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to join our team at KNG Technical Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers in the diagnostics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site application studies and lab evaluations to ensure product performance and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain customer training materials and documents to support product validation and implementation.
  • Work closely with field sales to add value to the sales process and ensure a smooth transition to new customers.
  • Present performance data and results to prospects and customers, and educate end-users on instrument use and application issues.
  • Enter activity details and call records into software platforms to track progress and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant science discipline or equivalent experience.
  • MLT or RT qualification with relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Relevant clinical knowledge and/or experience within the POC diagnostics industry.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office package, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Exceptional priority and time management skills.
  • Must be bilingual, English and French.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of related experience in the diagnostics industry with emphasis on technical support and end-user training.
  • Clinical laboratory bench experience and/or POC experience is ideal.
  • Competency with statistics and basic familiarity with linear regression analysis is a plus.
