Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate agricultural application equipment, loaders, skid steers, and forklifts.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
  • Apply dry and liquid crop protection products in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete required paperwork, driver's logs, and daily inspections.
  • Ensure superior customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Ability to read maps, work orders, and follow specific delivery directions.
  • Agriculture experience is an asset.
  • Professional applicator experience is an asset.
  • Indoor and outdoor working conditions with some lifting and climbing requirements.
  • May be required to work extended hours.
  • A current Ag Exterminator License and/or Nutrient Technician License would be an asset.
  • A valid driver's license (preferably class DZ) and a driving abstract with a history of safe operation.
