Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain agricultural application equipment, loaders, skid steers, and forklifts
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Apply dry and liquid crop protection products in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete accurate and detailed paperwork, including driver's logs and daily inspections
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; agriculture or related experience an asset
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer and math skills, with ability to read maps and follow instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license (preferably class DZ) and a clean driving record
