Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain agricultural application equipment, loaders, skid steers, and forklifts to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Apply dry and liquid crop protection products in a timely and professional manner, adhering to strict safety protocols and quality control standards.
  • Complete accurate and detailed paperwork, driver's logs, and daily inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders, promoting a culture of professionalism and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; agriculture or related field experience an asset.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with ability to read maps, work orders, and follow specific delivery directions.
  • Basic computer and math skills, with ability to navigate software applications and perform calculations.
  • Valid driver's license (Class DZ) and clean driving abstract, with ability to maintain insurability.
  • Agriculture or professional applicator experience an asset, with current Ag Exterminator License and/or Nutrient Technician License a definite advantage.
