Agricultural Application Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain agricultural application equipment, loaders, skid steers, and forklifts.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Apply dry and liquid crop protection products in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete required paperwork, driver's logs, and daily inspections to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer and math skills, with ability to read maps and follow instructions.
  • Agriculture experience an asset, as is professional applicator experience.
  • Indoor and outdoor working conditions, with some lifting and climbing requirements.
  • May be required to work extended hours.
  • A current Ag Exterminator License and/or Nutrient Technician License would be an asset.
  • Valid driver's license (preferably class DZ) and a driving abstract with a history of safe operation.
