Agricultural Application Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will specialize in the application of dry and liquid crop protection products, ensuring the highest level of customer service and professionalism.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate agricultural application equipment, loaders, skid steers, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule applications, ensuring timely and effective delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate records, including driver's logs and daily inspections.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Ability to read maps, work orders, and follow instructions.
  • Agriculture experience and professional applicator certification are assets.
  • Indoor/outdoor working conditions with some lifting and climbing requirements.
  • May be required to work extended hours.
  • A current Ag Exterminator License and/or Nutrient Technician License are definite assets.
  • Valid driver's license, safe driving history, and insurability.
