Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Pro Embroidery and Gifts Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Cash Handling and Sales: Manage cash transactions, process sales, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that stock levels are accurate and that merchandise is properly stored and displayed.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that our store is a welcoming and comfortable space for customers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail supervisory role
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Accurate: Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Organized: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Reliability: Dependable and reliable in all aspects of the job
- Excellent Written Communication: Strong written communication skills and ability to prepare clear and concise reports
- Initiative: Proactive and able to take initiative in all aspects of the job
