Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ABK BEST MEATS LTD. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
