Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Authorize Payments: Ensure accurate and timely payment processing, including authorizing cheques and managing cash handling procedures.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, meet business needs, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising trends, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Resolve Issues: Effectively manage customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Organize Inventory: Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates and supervisors to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive work environment.
