Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ABK Best Meats Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:

Our retail store is located in a busy shopping district, with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
