Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ONTARIO TRUCK & FORKLIFT DRIVING SCHOOL INC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with staff and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage contracts, answer telephone calls and relay messages, compile data and statistics, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the overall organization and cleanliness of the office.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and practices.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
