At OpenRoad Auto Group, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a Product Advisor, you'll play a key role in achieving this vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized vehicle recommendations to customers, leveraging your knowledge of our extensive inventory.
- Promote new business opportunities through prospecting and referral networks, driving sales growth and customer acquisition.
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product features, and technological advancements to provide expert advice to customers.
- Utilize effective closing techniques to drive sales, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring a smooth handover and providing detailed information on vehicle features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Introduce customers to our Service Department, highlighting the quality and efficiency of our operations.
- Set and achieve monthly productivity goals, planning and organizing your approach to meet objectives.
- Adhere to dealership processes and procedures to maintain an excellent Customer Satisfaction Index rating.
- Attend department meetings as required and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including internet and MS Office, with the ability to maintain accurate records using our computerized system.
- Effective negotiation skills and the ability to make sound decisions in line with the essential job functions.
- A current OMVIC License and a valid Ontario Driver's License with a good driving record.
