Service Advisor Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recommend service maintenance and repairs for customers.
  • Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Deliver personalized service that exemplifies our dealership's standards.
  • Work with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.
  • Prepare repair orders and update databases with relevant details.
  • Provide service recommendations and estimated costs to customers.
  • Perform road tests of customer vehicles to assess concerns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturer standards.
  • Meet departmental repair order production standards.

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • 1-3 years of service advisor experience preferred.
  • CDK experience is an asset.
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented with high emphasis on good CSI and selling capabilities.
  • Ability to sell and recommend maintenance and repairs.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
