Product Advisor

Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Promote new business and contribute to our customer base by seeking out new customers and building relationships.
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles, and demonstrate them to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on all products, including features, specifications, prices, colors, options, and standard equipment.
- Use effective closing techniques to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Deliver new and pre-owned vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Introduce customers to our Service Department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of our service operations.
- Set goals for each month's productivity and plan how to achieve them.
- Follow all dealership processes and procedures to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
